One of my favorite books of all time is called "Saved By The Light" by Dannion Brinkley.

It is actually a movie that came out in 1997. It's a true story about Dannion getting struck by lightening while tlaking on the phone and dying for (I think) 28 minutes and then coming back to life only to be paralized and needing constant care in order to regain his life. After working so hard to be 'normal' again, he got an infection in his heart and had to have open heart surgery and died AGAIN on the operating table!

He then went on to tour with a man named Dr. Raymond Moody who is the leader in studying Near Death Experiences.

Dannion now resides in Nevada with his wife Kathryn and is the founder of The Twilight Brigade, an organization that trains people to assist those ready to cross over.

This story touched my heart so much because I, too, died at the age of 20 in my bedroom and then again 3 days later in the hospital bed I was lying in. When I saw the previews of this movie, I flipped out! I was amazed that someone else experienced what I saw when I  was out of my body!

 I knew I had to watch this movie and find out more about what had happened to me! After seeing what Dannion went thru, I knew that I, too, had been to the other side and was never the same after that.

From childhood, I have always seen "spirits" and was forbidden by my family to talk about the things I saw and felt. Seeing this movie made me more aware of what actually happened to me and why I was so sensitive to everything and everyone from that point forward.

It took me a long time to accept what God was telling me about my life path but I finally surrendered my will to Him and agreed to do His work while I was here.

Now that I live my life assisting others in believing that there is life after death, connecting people with their lived ones and motivating so many to change their lives to live with joy and love in every moment, I have no doubt I made the right choice!
